How to Install nova-api-ec2 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

nova-api-ec2 software package provides OpenStack Compute - EC2 API frontend, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nova-api-ec2

nova-api-ec2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the nova-api-ec2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nova-api-ec2 *

You will get with nova-api-ec2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
